For over a month I have had email exchanges where each reply ignored the Linux issue and only suggested fixes like using the latest browser versions, upgrading my HDMI cable and other Windows related fixes. I informed their customer service that I use Linux and that their DRM change has made it impossible to stream their content using any available browser. Two weeks after joining Acorn changed their streaming service with a new DRM and I could no longer stream the programs.
